Join our partners from EatIstria, with over 7 years of experience in running cooking classes on the biggest Croatian peninsula. They mastered dishes from other Croatian regions too, so choose the one you would love to taste – continental or coastal – and the menu, be it meat, fish, or vegetarian. Meet a host at the local green market in the morning, stroll through the stalls and get the best produce available. Visit the guide’s place, have a quick snack, and proceed to prepare a three-course lunch together, to be eaten in the entertaining company of the hosts and accompanied with a bottle of wine – or a couple of those. Everything to make you feel like you visited a typical Croatian household – which is, actually the exact thing you will do!
