Zagreb is blessed to be one of few capitals in the world surrounded with attractive wine-growing regions, where some of the best Croatian premium wines are coming from. Gentle green slopes, sleepy villages, boutique winemakers and family farmsteads - all within a short drive from the bustling city! Plešivica, Zelina, Moslavina, Zagorje, Međimurje... Never heard? Now's your chance to explore these wine roads less travelled, experience something new and surprise your taste buds. Smiling people, homemade food and good fun come in the package of our half-day trips.

All our wine tours start not too early in the morning and last until late afternoon. You’ll be visiting 2-3 wineries, where you’ll be able to meet and greet the winemakers, taste their wines and bombard them with questions. To soak up the wine, you’ll be having a filling traditional lunch in a local restaurant or at a farmstead. Children are welcome, but trust us, they’ll find winery hopping quite boring. Depending on your interests and wishes, we can make special, tailor-made arrangements and tastings, or add some extra stops. There are no silly questions, only silly answers, so feel free to express your preferences.
Zagreb Bites tours are not pre-scheduled, they are a private, bespoke experience always arranged by request and depending on our availability. Last-minute requests are risky and will not always have a positive outcome.
